We have been at The George for over ten years now, and in this time we have developed it into one of the busiest and best venues in town. Whether it's a quiet pint of real ale on a Monday afternoon, or a round of Aftershocks on a busy Friday night, The George is the place to be!

Our friendly international bar girls will always make you feel welcome and do everything to make sure your visit is an enjoyable experience, not just a drink.

Theme Nights 

We often have special theme parties. There are prizes, games, special drinks and a D.J. In the past we have had a Georgettes night, especially for the ladies, a Hollywood Heroes night and a School Disco. Also, the barmaids wear fancy dress every Friday, so come out to see what the girls are dressed up as this week!

Sports

We show a range of sports at The George on our four screens. We can even have two different events on simultaneously, so you won't miss a thing with us. England games are always a big thing and we even have face painters to help build the atmosphere before kick off!
